The following benefits are available for all regular full-time employees:

- Employer match: 3% after 2 years, 6% after 5 years
- Paid Time off — prorated depending upon part-time status

- Vacation — 3 weeks upon hire, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 10 years
