The following benefits are available for all regular full-time employees:

  • Group Term Life Insurance
  • Short Term Disability
  • Long Term Disability
  • Medical Plan — Medical, Dental and Prescription Drug coverage
    • PPO Network for Medical coverage
    • Employees contribute their share of cost through pre-tax payroll deductions
    • Deductibles and co-payments apply and are paid by employee
    • Starts on day one of employment
  • Retirement Plan
    • 401(k) or 403(b) plan available
    • Employer match: 3% after 2 years, 6% after 5 years
  • Flexible Spending Account Program
    • Medical and Dependent Care Spending Accounts
  • Paid Time off
    • Holidays — 9 per year
    • Vacation — 3 weeks upon hire, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 10 years
    • Sick Time — 8 accrued days per year

The following benefits are available for all regular part-time employees (20 hours or more):

  • Retirement Plan
    • 401(k) or 403(b) plan available
    • Employer match: 3% after 2 years, 6% after 5 years
  • Paid Time off — prorated depending upon part-time status
    • Holidays — 9 per year
    • Vacation — 3 weeks upon hire, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 10 years
    • Sick time — 8 accrued days per year
  • Free on-site Fitness Center
